Guidelines for Return-Your-Medicines Program

This guideline is a source of referral for pharmacy staff to carry out the Return Your Medicines Program at their respective MOH facilities. It underlines the need to do this program and responsibilities to be carried out by each member of the staff. It also includes the record forms for monitoring purposes.
