CLIENT’S CHARTER FOR PHARMACEUTICAL SERVICES DIVISION
A) ISSUANCE OF REGISTRATION / ANNUAL RETENTION CERTIFICATE FOR PHARMACIST & BODY CORPORATE
- Issuance of Full Registration of Pharmacist Certificate within 14 working days for complete application received.
- Issuance of Registration of Body Corporate Certificate within 14 working days for complete application received.
- Issuance of Annual Retention of Pharmacist Certificate within 14 working days for complete application received before 31st October.
- Issuance of Annual Retention of Body Corporate Certificate within 14 working days for complete application received before 31st October.
B) ISSUANCE OF APPROVAL FOR CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES
- Issuance of Authorization for the Import & Export of Dangerous Drugs within 14 working days upon receiving complete application.
- Issuance of Authorization for the Import & Export of Psychotropic Substances within 14 working days upon receiving complete application.
- Issuance of Wholesale License of Dangerous Drugs within 8 weeks upon receiving complete application.
- Issuance of E-permit (Export) Approval within 14 working days upon receiving complete application.
- Issuance of E-permit (Import) Approval within 14 working days upon receiving complete application.
C) ISSUANCE OF APPROVAL FOR ADVERTISEMENT
- All approvals for applications of advertisements of pharmaceutical products and medical services which conform to the fast-track criteria will be issued within 5 working days after the Medicine Advertisement Board meeting.
- All approvals for applications of pharmaceutical products and medical services which do not conform to the fast-track criteria will be issued within 14 working days after the Medicine Advertisement Board meeting.
